UPM aerospace engineering students had no space to explore entrepreneurship, side projects, or the professional world beyond the academic track. The culture was focused on job placement, not company-building.

What I Learned

How to recruit and keep people motivated with zero resources. How to land partnerships with large companies starting from nothing. What real ownership feels like when you are the one who decides whether it lives or dies.
